Accessibility Statement

This site conforms to the W3C web content accessibility First Guideline. As a developing site progress towards the other guidelines is ongoing. Images do or will display a text equivalent. Wherever possible colour is not used to convey meaning. There is no audio content. Wherever possible links are displayed as text and icons.

Most content is textural except a few contract forms which are in PDF format. Navigation is assisted by breadcrumbs, related topic boxes with links, navigation panes with links, a site map with links and text based search boxes.
