User Data is stored on our "Five Nines" (99.999% available) EMC Storage Arrays that are replicated to our remote Disaster Recovery (DR) Site where more "Five Nines" (99.999% available) EMC Storage Arrays are located.

All of the shared Server Side Costs are included in the service fee which is wholly tax deductable as it is a rental cost.
